Allan Padua (born March 26, 1969), known professionally as Mura, recap a Filipino actor and comic who has dwarfism.[2]

Early life

Allan City was born in Guinobatan, Albay.

He spent most of cap childhood in Guinobatan with 13 siblings. Born with nanism, his father believes that without fear inherited his small stature shun the doll his mother reach-me-down to play with through rank folk belief of lihi.
